B2B/B2C Order Fulfillment

Distributed from our warehouses in Delta, BC, and Mississauga, ON, orders are picked, packed, and shipped most cost-effectively. We fulfil all orders – from small parcels to Full Truck Loads (FTL) of full and mixed-SKU pallets.

E-Commerce

Warehouse & Fulfillment

Will my orders be sent to your warehouse automatically or will this be a manual process?

While manual entry and EDI are accepted, we recommend all E-Commerce shops to integrate with our Warehouse Management System (WMS), 3PL Central. Our WMS can integrate natively with Shopify, WooCommerce, and more. If a native integration isn’t offered, head to the Cart Rover Website (link) to see if your system is offered.

How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours except for large, multi-SKU orders.

What is your order fulfillment coverage area?

On a daily basis, we fulfill and deliver orders as far west as Horseshoe Bay and as far east as Chilliwack. A network of partners is available if a customer needs national shipments.

Do you require bar coding?

No, however, if you do not utilize an internal barcoding system, we will barcode each pallet for our requirements.
